“小先生”与AI智能师的互动模式研究

摘 要:在新时代教育数字化转型与“生活·实践”教育理念深化的背景下，“三师课堂”作为融合教师、小先生与AI智能师的创新教学模式，正推动教育生态重构。现有研究多关注师生互动，而对更具生成性的“小先生”与AI智能师互动关系探讨不足。文章选取12个跨学科案例，从互动结构、认知层级与文化渗透三个维度，系统剖析二者的协同机制。研究发现:在结构层面，形成双螺旋递进、多维协同与动态平衡等互动模式;在认知层面，推动学生实现从记忆理解到创造评价的梯度进阶;在文化层面，促成传统文化的数字化重生与价值认同的深度建构。研究为“三师课堂”实践提供了可操作的互动框架，也为推动教育数字化转型提供了理论参考与实践路径。

Research on the Interaction Model between "Little Teacher" and AI
Intelligent Teacher from the Perspective of Human Machine
Collaboration

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education in the new era and thedeepening of the "Life Practice Education" philosophy, the "Three Teacher Classroom" an innovativeteaching model that integrates the human teacher, the "Litle Teacher", and the AI Intelligent Teacher - isdriving the reconstruction of the educational ecosystem. Existing studies have mostly focused oncacher student interaction, while paying insufficient attention to the more generative interaction between the"Little Teacher" and the AI Inteligent Teacher. Drawing on 12 interdisciplinary cases, this study systematicallyanalyses the collaborative mechanism between the two from three dimensions: interaction structure, cognitivelevels, and cultural penetration. The findings reveal that: at the structural level, interaction patterns such asdual spiral progression, multi dimensional synergy, and dynamic equilibrium are formed; at the cognitive level, students are facilitated to advance progressively from memorisation and comprchension to creation andevaluation; at the cultural level, the digital revival of traditional culture and the deep construction of valueidentification are promoted. This research provides a practical interaction framework for the implementation ofthe "Three Teacher Classroom", and offers theoretical references and practical pathways for innovativehuman machine collaborative teaching in the context of educational digital transformation.
