以《学位法》为依据:
本科论文抽检的程序规范与制度完善路径研究

[摘要]:《中华人民共和国学位法》的颁布实施，为我国本科毕业生学位论文抽检制度提供了明确的上位法依据与制度框架。本科毕业生学位论文抽检作为保障学士学位授予质量的关键环节，在规范本科教育教学、提升人才培养水平方面发挥着重要作用。本文以《学位法》为上位法依据，以《本科毕业论文(设计)抽检办法(试行)》为具体实施机制，系统梳理本科毕业生学位论文抽检制度，进而从主体重构、程序优化、标准完善、责任明晰、救济强化、协同保障六个维度提出制度优化路径，旨在推动本科毕业生学位论文抽检制度与《学位法》深度衔接，构建科学、规范、高效的本科教育质量监督体系，为本科教育高质量发展提供坚实支撑。

[Abstract]: The promulgation and implementation of the *Degree Law of the People's Republic of China*has provided a clear superior legal hasis and instintional framework for the spot check system of undergraduategraduation theses in China. As a key link in ensuring the quality of hachelor's degree awarding, the spotcheck of undergraduate graduation theses plays a crucial role in standardizing undergraduate education andteaching and improving the level of talent culivation, Based on the Degree Lawt as the superior law and the*Interim Measures for the Spot Check of Undergraduate Graduation Theses (Designs)* as the specificimplementation mechanism, this paper systematically sorts out the spot check system of undergraduategraduation theses, and then proposes an institutional optimization path from six dimensions: subjectrestructuring, procedure optimization, standard improvement, responsibility clarification, remedy strengthening, and collaborative guarantee. The purpose is to promote the in-depth connection between the spot check system ofundergraduate graduation theses and the *Degree Law*, construet a scientific, standardized and efficientundergraduate education quality supervision system, and provide solid support for the high-quality developmentof undergraduate education.
